ICONI is delighted to announce the appointment of Dean Carville as Head of Operations as part of the company’s continued growth.
Having a degree in ICT and over 10 years’ experience in IT Services, Operations and Technical Delivery, Dean has overseen ICONI’s Customer Support and Account Management functions for the last 7 years, including the implementation of our new ITIL-based support service and has also completed a number of Management and Leadership Programmes.
Announcing Dean’s appointment, Liam Jordan, ICONI’s Managing Director commented, “Dean is extremely focused and continually strives to enhance our customer service whilst streamlining our operations. I am very pleased with his appointment, which is part of our continued, strategic growth.”
