Employability management made easy… ‘Joined Up For Jobs’ is the jobs strategy for Edinburgh. It brings together a number of key agencies as a partnership to help more people into employment.
The Challenge
Joined Up For Jobs needed the capability to easily track and manage the support provided to their clients across Edinburgh. All stages of client support needed to be monitored from their initial engagement across multiple delivery partners to sustained job outcomes. The key stages include:
- Registration and assessment of a client’s needs;
- Recording of support services delivered to clients and the outcomes and qualifications that the client achieves;
- Referring the client between partners to create a framework for joined-up working.
The Solution
Following a competitive tendering process, the Joined Up For Jobs chose ICONI Software to implement the Client Management Information System for the jobs strategy for Edinburgh, known as Caselink, which is based on ICONI’s Employability Manager.
Our Approach
Initial analysis workshops were held with Joined Up For Jobs and its Partners including Edinburgh City Council.
Our proven methodology meant that we were able to mirror the exact operational processes that were in place across the multiple delivery partners. We also ensured project buy-in by including custom data capture and reporting for each partner.
