Event Management is one of our most popular modules and fits seamlessly with any of our core products. The system allows users to record upcoming events and then manage attendees on this event. Clients can then “register interest” in a particular event, and confirmation of bookings can be produced and sent to the client. The event itself is managed with sign-in sheets which can be generated to help track the attendance of each event. Events can be tracked to group or individual levels.
An online event calendar can also be implemented, which allows events to be displayed on your website. This also enables users to “register” interest in an event and their booking is automatically transferred and linked to the internal event management module.
