Our Tenancy Managements Module has been designed to mirror the process of applying and managing for business units within Local Enterprise Agencies or Business Parks. The application stage can include associated criteria checks and panel decisions with all documentation being generated via the Tenancy Management Module.

All services provided to the tenants i.e. units within a business park are tracked on a recurring (rent, utilities etc.) and ad-hoc (telephony, photocopying etc.) basis and batched monthly to produce invoices.
