TRADELINKS is a partnership initiative between Enterprise NI, the network of local Enterprise Agencies, and the Border County Enterprise Boards.

The Challenge

To develop and design a suitable programme management solution to fully control all aspects of the Cross-Border Tradelinks business development programme. Tradelinks required a facility that would:

• Manage recruitment of companies onto the programme;
• Manage the programme events and seminars;
• Track dual-currency financial assistance and claims for expenditure;
• Report on progress of clients on the programme.

The Solution

Tradelinks selected ICONI Software to implement the programme management solution and associated website, based on ICONI’s Enterprise Manager and website content management system.

Our Approach

The Tradelinks had developed a detailed operating manual for the programme delivery, which ICONI Software then configured our products to exactly mirror the operational processes.
