EGSA is an independent, voluntary organisation that aims to Connect Adults with Learning.
The Challenge
EGSA required a sophisticated management information system (MIS) to track participants and learning projects under their Essential Skills programme.
The Solution
The application was designed so that the data collected would correspond with the specific reports required for each organisation. This was achieved by converging field information into single element but at the same time retain the ability to produce the report in multiple ways.
Our Approach
During the analysis phase, ICONI Software worked closely with the EGSA IT team to design the solution. EGSA needed to ensure that essential participant monitoring fields were captured so they could be used to report on the impact of the programme. The reports produced were for ESF Peace II Funding, Equal Opportunities and Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA).
