With a background in software engineering and technical consultancy that is supported with business acumen, Liam firmly believes that ICONI’s solutions should be focused on achieving the company’s vision of helping organisations positively change people's lives, whilst delivering optimal results for all customers. He has extensive commercial experience and has worked closely with a large number of organisations in the private, public and third sector.

Dean has extensive experience in customer service, support and in delivering complex technical projects over the last 10 years. He has been instrumental in driving forward ICONI’s operational excellence during our continued growth and combines his operational experience with technical knowledge. In addition to operational delivery, Dean utilises his technical capability to drive forward ICONI’s Product Roadmap and related Technical Strategy. Dean is committed to fostering a collaborative culture and innovative environment, which encourages our team to push boundaries and deliver great software solutions that continually exceed our customer expectations.
