Supporting Youth Employment Week 2025: Building Pathways for the Next Generation

This week marks Youth Employment Week (7–11 July), an initiative led by Youth Employment UK to spotlight the incredible work happening across the country to support young people into employment, training and education.

At ICONI, we’re proud to play a part in this mission by equipping delivery teams with the tools they need to provide high-quality, person-centred support. Our Enspirio software is used across a range of employment programmes – helping organisations track engagement, log barriers and goals, and evidence outcomes in a way that’s simple, scalable and impactful.

In a world where young people face rising challenges entering the labour market, the role of employability professionals has never been more important. From NEET prevention programmes to digital skills bootcamps and early careers support, we’re proud to work alongside those helping young people move into good work.

Here’s to a week of recognition, collaboration and action – and to continuing to support the future of youth employment.
